Vertis Aviation adds Legacy 600 to its fleet

Switzerland-based bespoke charter specialist, Vertis Aviation has added an Embraer Legacy 600 to its fleet which it will exclusively market for charter as part of the Vertis Charter Management Programme.

With a Greek AOC and an Athens-home base, the versatility of the Legacy 600 performance will be enhanced by floating availability to give customers even more opportunity to access the aircraft from anywhere within Europe the company anticipates it be used for trips to North Africa and Middle East.

 

“Legacy aircraft are extremely popular for group charters in Europe which is why we’re pleased to add this model to our portfolio. We know that this particular aircraft will be welcomed by a new set of customers who are transitioning to business aviation as they recognise the advantages it brings,” said James Foster, Vertis COO. “These clients seek aircraft that can meet the needs of flexible itineraries, while optimising travel budgets. With our boutique approach and the Legacy 600 capabilities customers will be assured of streamlined, discrete service wrapped up in efficient operations and affordability.” The aircraft is operated by Marathon Airlines a recently launched operator run by aviation veterans who have worked and flown governmental, royal and presidential fleet operations within Europe, making them familiar with the requirements of the highly personalised service Vertis clients’ demand.
