SDT appoint Mark Kane as CEO

Saudi Development & Training Company (SDT) has appointed Mark Kane as CEO and he will join the company on 8th September.

Mark (above) was formerly BAE Systems’ Managing Director of Combat Air responsible for the manufacture and support of the Typhoon aircraft, the support of Tornados and ensuring tomorrow’s military needs are met through the introduction of unmanned air systems.

HRH Prince Turki bin Muqrin, Chairman of SDT, said: "I am delighted to welcome Mark to SDT. He is an outstanding candidate, with extensive international experience and will make a great contribution to our business."

Mark Kane said: "SDT is at the forefront of the design and delivery of training and other manpower provision services in the defence and aviation sectors. I am very much looking forward to joining the team.”
