RJ improves on-time performance to rank third in the Middle East and Africa

In a recent report published by FlightStats, a commercial aviation data services, provider, Royal Jordanian ranked third out of 13 major airlines in the Middle East and Africa region and eigth among 41 global airlines in terms of on-time arrival performance for the month of February 2018.

 

According to the report, RJ had a great performance in February this year, achieving an 84.53% on-time performance in this month, one position above the same month last year, when it ranked ninth.

In a previous report, RJ had scored highly in punctuality, coming ahead of many international airlines. It ranked tenth in December 2017 amid the global airlines named in the report.

It also ranked second in terms of punctuality among Middle East and African airlines in 2017, according to OAG's 2018 Punctuality League study released earlier this year.

RJ President/CEO Stefan Pichler said: “This is another achievement that adds to the compelling services and promotions that we are offering in the Jordanian and global markets!

“Tracking our on-time performance helps us improve our operations, as we always aim for providing the best travel experience to our passengers with minimal delays, this was achieved due to the collaborative work done by our operations team”.
