Qatar Airways launches flash sale for UK customers

Qatar Airways has launched a flash sale of up to 20 per cent on flights as Qatar eases travel rules, enabling UK customers to fly to Doha and beyond with fewer restrictions.

In the past week the airline has seen bookings surge by almost 60 per cent after Qatar eased travel rules and the UK reduced the number of countries on its ‘Red List’ to just seven.

 

For 48 hours between 12th and 13th October, Qatar Airways is offering UK customers fares to select destinations around the globe, including Thailand, South Africa, The Maldives, Dubai and Tanzania. Lead in fares available include:

 

Qatar has eased its Covid-19 travel rules by changing its previous traffic-light system. Similarly to the UK, Qatar has introduced a ‘Green’ and ‘Red’ list of countries, but removed its ‘Amber’ list.
