Oman Air has recently debuted its new and exclusive premium lounge at the award winning Muscat International Airport. The new stylish premium lounge offers Oman Air guests a further unrivalled service as they travel.

Oman Air passengers travelling in First Class and Business Class can now take advantage of the airline’s new premium class lounge offering a pre-flight oasis of calm. The beautiful interiors of the lounge have been influenced by the truly unique terrain found in Oman and designed to reflect the un-spoilt, natural beauty of the desert and the rugged landscape of the mountains. ‘Mashrabiya’ a traditional element of traditional Arabic architecture has been used to provide privacy in communal areas and add to the fluidity of the spacing.

Spread over a two story, the lounge offers guests a wide array of food and beverage services including dining areas and bars, luggage room, entertainment area, a smoking room, prayer rooms, business centre, kid’s room, nap area, shower facilities, baby changing facilities and a wellness area.

Covering 429.35 square metres with an overall capacity of 100 people, the area designated for First Class guests offers exceptional services including a personal chef, limousine service from the lounge to the aircraft and relaxation rooms. While the Business Class area is 2,313.92 square metres with an overall capacity of 516 people

Further to this premium lounge, all First Class and Business Class international guests travelling with Oman Air to Muscat International airport are invited to enjoy the arrival lounge. Nature has been the inspiration behind this lounge and the elegant and tranquil surroundings offer semi-public spaces with plenty of light. The service area is located at the upper corner in order to leave a large communal space for guests to enjoy.
