The airport is currently undergoing a massive overhaul to accommodate more traffic. Jet Aviation expects its new refurbished FBO to be operational by Q4 2019.

Celebrating its 40th Anniversary this year in Saudi Arabia, Jet Aviation continues to expand its locations and services in the Kingdom, and plans to provide FBO services from a newly refurbished 600 square-meter state-of-the art, double-story facility at Riyadh’s King Khalid International Airport (KKIA) by the end of 2019.

The two-story FBO will be built to Jet Aviation global design standards most visible in the reception area and stylized furniture. On the ground floor, the facilities include the reception, one large customer lounge, three VIP lounges and a meeting room. The upper floor accommodates a Crew Lounge and office space. The facility also features an office located airside for handling and line crew.

“We are delighted to move our FBO to these newly refurbished, more spacious premises,” said Khaled Al- Ghamdi, general manager of Jet Aviation in Saudi Arabia. “With the expected traffic growth to Riyadh in the coming years, the additional space is necessary and offers great benefit in terms of passenger and crew comfort. As the country’s capital and main business center, Riyadh is a key strategic location for us and we are delighted to strengthen our brand through this investment.”
