IDEX: Boeing and SecureTech join to enhance UAE Cybersecurity

Boeing and SecureTech will collaborate to jointly offer solutions that protect critical data and national infrastructure for customers in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the region through a cybersecurity agreement signed yesterday during the 2013 International Defence Exhibition Conference in Abu Dhabi.

The memorandum of agreement outlines a joint strategy for improving the cybersecurity capabilities of enterprise, government, and defense customers in the UAE and builds on the strengths of the respective partners. Boeing will provide advanced data analytics, network security, and cybersecurity simulation capabilities to the UAE market through its partner SecureTech. SecureTech will contribute market expertise within the region, strong local partnerships, and talented information technology professionals.
