Emirates reopens its lounge at London Heathrow Airport

Emirates has announced the reopening of its lounge at London Heathrow Airport as it ramps up operations in the UK.

The Emirates lounge is also the only one in Heathrow Terminal 3 which allows travellers to directly board their flight without having to leave the comfort of the lounge. It will be open from 05:30 to 22:00 daily, offering passengers a wide selection of dining options including a premium seasonal buffet with hot meals, self-served salads, cheeses, and desserts alongside a complimentary bar offering pre-flight cocktails and champagne.

The lounge also offers seating areas for working as well as full shower facilities, with towels and toiletries provided at no extra cost. Complimentary entry is available to First Class and Business Class passengers and Emirates Skywards Gold members flying in Economy can enjoy access to Business Class lounges.

Emirates has also announced plans to resume chauffeur-drive services at Newcastle Airport from 15 October. The service allows Emirates passengers to be driven to and from Emirates’ Newcastle hub. Alongside the restart of premium services, Emirates plans to increase A380 services to London Heathrow that will see it offering six times daily A380 services from the airport by 15 October.

By the end of October, the airline will offer 77 weekly flights to the UK, including the six times daily London Heathrow operation, double daily A380 flights to Manchester, a ten weekly service to Birmingham, 5 weekly flights to Glasgow, and a four weekly service to Newcastle.
