For the first time, Caeroscene IT Solutions   from Innsbruck is offering business jet operators the opportunity to entirely outsource all tasks regarding flight planning and operative control to an external provider via “Caeroscene Flight Support”. The company says this will allows cost savings for all customers of up to 50 percent.
“Business Jet Management is a highly complex and time intensive business, which involves various activities, such as the actual planning of air routes, monitoring flights, obtaining landing-, over flight- and entry-permits, but it also includes the organization of catering services and accommodation,” says Caeroscene CEO Robert Kurz. “Very often, the business jet crew has to manage all the steps concerning flight planning on its own. This represents an enormous additional burden – regarding time and money - for the whole crew and the aircraft operator alike.”
The Caeroscene Flight Support service allows aircraft operators to outsource the total flight planning process. Caeroscene offers a 24 h service, provided by a team of qualified and experienced dispatchers, who manage all required tasks regarding flight preparation and ground handling of flights. “Using this kind of service, business jet operators can save up to 50 percent of the usual dispatch costs. All this is possible due to numerous partnerships with third party providers, such as aerodromes and ground handlers. Hence, the high number of flights allows Caeroscene to forward price advantages directly to the customer,” said Kurz.

“ In addition, optimized working processes and the deployment of self-developed software-systems lead to further cost savings. Each company needs an average of eight dispatchers to process ten flights”, said Kurz. “Caeroscene only employs one dispatcher for the same amount of flights.”
“Caeroscene Flight Support” works on a per flight hour basis, enabling flight operators to calculate the exact costs in advance for the first time and are secured by a maximum cap. The current number of Caeroscene customers amounts to 100 aircraft operators with more than 450 aircraft from Europe, Northern America, Africa and the Middle East. As far as future perspectives are concerned, the company wants to further extend its network in Europe and attract new customers in Russia and the Middle East.
