Duties / Responsibilities             
Key Accountabilities include:
• Extending spare part vendors in the open market
• Supporting Stock Control and Maintenance with their needs of spares and Aircraft materials in the best quality and lead time
• Ensuring treating all AOGs situation on proper priority to ensure fully Aircraft operation at all times
• Ensuring providing full support (information) to finance in order to have better service from the current vendor
• Process searching Aircraft Parts in the Market
• Carry out the required follow up on all quotations and orders that ensure on time shipping and delivery
• Having full control on the way of shipping the spare parts in order to have sufficient shipping costs by consolidating the shipments as many as possible
• Measuring the AOG situation not to be delayed and consolidate the shipping to reduce the cost
               
Job purpose      
To process Aircraft Spare parts requirements initiated by the 145, 121 maintenance in order to keep the Aircrafts fully operation ready 24/7 with the highest level of quality by applying the proper airworthiness instructions within limiting and reducing unnecessary additional cost charges;

Requirements:
Three + years’ experience in Aviation Material control & Procurement
Excellent Computer skills especially ERP Systems
