Job Description:
To support the organization’s full activities and managing daily operations.
Responsibilities

This position will develop and maintain the current International Vendor Network.
• The person in this role will identify, create, and maintain, key relationships between the organization and vendors throughout the International territory assigned. It will ensure the organization’s customers receive the best possible service and cost of those services while maintaining maximum quality and performance levels.
• It will be required for this person to negotiate contract agreements with the vendor utilizing the organization’s legal team.
• Develop the organization’s Vendor Network by identifying key vendors who have high service standards and provide an excellent level of service to the organization’s customers.
• Identify contractors who will serve as a representative of the organization at international airport locations.
• Negotiate discounted cost structure for vendor services. The organization’s rebate program from vendor shall be included in negotiation.
• Conduct initial and continuous analysis to ensure vendors are complying with the organization principle rules. Ensure vendors’ proper protocols are in place all the time.

• Ensure vendor information is complete and accurate within the organization’s databases.

• Standardize vendor service quality expectations with vendors as outlined by the organization.

• Develop and incorporate a location vendor ranking program in relation to service quality and dispute response.

• Develop and maintain vendor relationship program identifying joint opportunities between vendor and the organization.

• Work closely with the organization software programs as it develops internationally and introduce vendors where applicable with ground handling services.

Required Skills and Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in supplier management, sourcing, procurement, client service, or relationship management fields (highly recommended in the Aviation industry).
• Proven ability to measure and improve operational performance.
• Demonstrates negotiation and supplier management skills with proven success; able to negotiate directly with internal and external partners.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills, very detail oriented.
• Competence with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Build relationships.
• Consistently delivers on objectives to internal and external vendors.
• Strong decision making/problem solving skills; can identify issues, recommend and implement solutions.
• Basic understanding of the outsourcing industry.
• Project management skills.
• Strategic and financial Acumen.
• Self-starter, process minded, collaborative and team player.
• Ability to Work well under pressure.
• Read, Write and Speak in fluent French. Additional languages are a plus.
