Duties / Responsibilities
Accept mission tasking requests from the User and perform mission planning. This position will be involved in regular competency training to practice for in-flight emergencies. This position must also perform possible UAV deployment site inspections, and participate in UAV ground system deployment, testing and calibration actions. This position will also be involved in air traffic control, information extraction related to payload data, performing PRACAS actions, supporting the OEM system test activities, and participating in any BOI as/when required.

Qualifications
Pilot qualification with an instrument rating is required for the UAV that controls the flight path. Additionally, a formal tertiary qualification in the fields of computers, electronics or mechanics is advisable.
               
Skills / Expertise
Knowledge related to the Schiebel CamCopter system is preferable.
