Turkish Airlines moves to Gatwick's South Terminal

Turkish Airlines has announced its service at Gatwick Airport will move from the North to South Terminal on 29th March following the Airport's strategic review of its terminal operations.

All airlines will now operate out of single terminals to ease passenger journeys and simplify operations. 

Osman Battal, Turkish Airlines General Manager for Heathrow and Gatwick said:

“We are pleasedto announce our move to London Gatwick’s South Terminal. As we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service, this move will ensure all operations are now streamlined in one place. Turkish Airlines will continue to deliver its award winning service as Europe’s Best Airline.” 

The South Terminal will offer Turkish Airlinescustomers the following: 

World class security including automated security gates and dedicated lanes for families and those with reduced mobility, helping 96% of passengers to be processed through security within five minutes 

State-of-the-art self-service immigration gates in South Terminal leading to shorter queues 

Europe's largest walk-through World Duty Free and newly refurbished departure lounge
