Accordingly, we strive to provide equal opportunities for all employees in all the countries that we operate at. We offer equal opportunities during all work processes such as recruitment and selection, personal and professional development, performance evaluation, promotion processes etc. In order to increase the participation of women at every level, we have a made a commitment to increase the number of women at the board to 25 percent in the following five years. TAV is committed to the Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs) and became a corporate member of Professional Women’s Network (PWN) Turkey.
