A member of Groupe ADP, TAV Airports is ranked third on the list of companies with the highest corporate governance rating in Turkey. Organised by the Corporate Governance Association of Turkey (CGAT), TAV succeeded to rank among the top three companies in the award competition every year since it began in 2010.

TAV Airports CFO Burcu Geriş said: “We are proud to remain among the top three companies at the Istanbul Stock Exchange Corporate Governance Index during the last ten years and this award by the CGAT is a testament to our achievements. As per the continuous improvements implemented by our company, our corporate governance rating increased to 96.67 in 2019 from 90.4 in 2010. Corporate governance principles help us to create the highest value for our stakeholders, to be prepared for risks and to recognize and exploit opportunities. We’ll continue our commitment to a fair, transparent, accountable and responsible conduct of business.”
