TAV Airports President & CEO Sani Sener said: “TAV Airports has now been voted the Best Turkish Company in IR for the fourth year in a row. We view these awards as a token of the high regard we have for our investors. Our vision is to set a model for attracting foreign capital through strict adherence to very high corporate governance standards and our company values. We form lasting relations with our stakeholders, the authorities and a wide array of investors ranging from retail to global institutions through timely, consistent and accurate communication based on trust. Our proven success in this field is not only evidenced by survey results based on subjective evaluations of analysts and fund managers. In 2014, Turkish Investor Relations Society (TUYID) conducted a study based on objective predefined criteria checked by an independent audit firm. As a result of this evaluation by TUYID, we were awarded in all three categories which are Financial Disclosure, IR Website and Annual Report. We have also continued our tradition of topping the Corporate Governance Awards given by Turkish Corporate Governance Society by securing the first place in Board of Directors and third place in Overall Score. Moreover, our consistent scores among the top companies in the European Transport sector clearly demonstrate that our Investor Relations program is at par with global standards. Recognition of our achievements provides the necessary motivation for us to keep raising the bar higher.”
