Subcontract Delivery Supervisor – IT

The Subcontract Delivery Supervisor IT is a Work Package Manager for an outsourced work package in a Tier 1 and Tier 2; responsible to deliver the complete considered outsourced “system element” solution as expected by the project and in line with objectives; Projects or Products Focal Point of contact to interface with internal and/or external suppliers; Responsible for the subcontract execution (contractual documentation approval, OT/OQ/OC performances).

 
Objectives:
·         Secure Local Subcontractors on time in Quality in Cost Deliveries
·         Monitor contract execution in a professional and industrial approach
·         Develops/Manages relationships with suppliers/Subcontractors with EADS whilst ensuring their compliance to EADS procedures & applicable Qatari laws such as health, safety & labour.
·         Ensures that IT suppliers & subcontractors deliver on-time & according to agreed Terms & Conditions & ensures claim, waiver and change management
·         Secure and monitor the full IT subcontracts cost at completion
 
Key responsibilities include (not limited to):
·         Ensures the complete execution and successful delivery of the subcontracted work package.
·         Manages an integrated project Team including WP technical representative, Supplier, sourcing, and involvement of the agreed customer topic owner.
·         Ensures the fulfillment of all applicable Processes, Methods, and Tools.
·         Takes ownership for risks impacting the work packages and ensures mitigation and fallback actions are implemented in a timely manner, either inside the company or with the supplier(s).
·         Set short term recovery plans & long term improvement targets with suppliers.
·         Manages all supplier administrative follow-up, follows up on orders, invoices and payments.
·         IT SDE technical responsibility : DRMS Content Manager (FileNet); Web portal; HP Openview for supervision LAN/WAN/PLC, Hypervision; IT Infrastructure for integrated systems
 
Main Reporting Line:
o   Hierarchical and functional reporting to the Supplier Delivery manager, himself reporting to the Deployment manager.
o   Functional reporting to the Technical Work package manager
o   Functional close link to the sourcing manager
