Gama Aviation is the first company to be accredited by TUV Rheinland North America, a global leader in testing management systems.  Senior auditor and QMS Program Manager, Richard Strouse stated: “Gama Aviation LLC should be congratulated as the first company to be recommended for registration to the ISO 9001:2015 standard by TUV Rheinland of North America."

Tom Miller, director of operations for Gama Aviation, said: “We are not new to Quality Management Systems.  Our focus is on compliance to FAA requirements, compliance to ISO 9001, customer satisfaction and continual improvement.  The risk management approach in ISO 9001 ensures that we meet all of our customer, regulatory, and statutory requirements.  But it is not about ticking boxes; it is embedded in of our company culture.”

Chief executive manager of RAMP Enterprises, Elaine Rampone, added: “This standard is the natural progression for Gama Aviation. They had already implemented a risk-based approach to their Quality Management System with measurable objectives and metrics.  With the introduction of ISO 9001:2015, an even more stringent approach was introduced that was complementary to the strategy and vision of the business and to the parent company Gama UK.  The Plan-Do-Check-Act philosophy was cemented and the Gama Aviation LLC Quality Management System is on the road to continued maturation.”
