Recaro opens customer centre in Dubai

Recaro Aircraft Seating has opened its new Customer Center in Dubai.

At the MRO/AIME event in Dubai last week Recaro Aircraft Seating used the opportunity to introduce customers of the region to the newly active Customer Center located in the Dubai Airport Freezone. 

Along with the new partner logistics and spare parts specialists from Avio Diepen, the sales and services teams were on location to discuss the comprehensive Recaro services including training and support in mechanical operations to customers on-site. As the region is placing higher demands on increasing products. 

Recaro chief sales officer Andreas Lindemann said: “With our Customer Center in Dubai we are able to respond very quickly to urgent requests. We will pursue this concept of a regional customer center in other parts of the world in the future.” 

Greg Nitch, Recaro vice president customer added: “The goals of Recaro are quite clear . To improve not only the performance, but also streamline two-way communication with customers."
