With bespoke, highly-customised interiors, the airline’s new range of aircraft will undoubtedly be the talk of the show, in particular the Airbus A380 and A350 XWB, both of which entered service for the airline recently, with Qatar Airways receiving the A350 as Global Launch Customer.

Qatar Airways Group chief executive, Akbar Al Baker, said: “The five aircraft that will be on display at this year’s Paris Air Show symbolise the dynamic growth of our airline and our constant focus on world-class quality.

“Not only will we be showcasing our A350 XWB for which we are the Global Launch Customer, but we will also have four other benchmark-setting aircraft this year, showcasing Qatar Airways’ five-star hospitality.”

The A350 XWB, which entered service in January and now flies double-daily to Frankfurt and daily to Munich from October this year, is also being rolled out across three daily services to Singapore this summer, and will prove popular with aviation enthusiasts visiting the show, as Qatar Airways remains the only airline in the world flying this next generation aircraft.
