Qatar Airways congratulates Germany on winning the FIFA Confederations Cup

Qatar Airways, the Official Partner and Official Airline of FIFA, has congratulated Germany on winning the final match of the FIFA Confederations Cup 2017 which took place Sunday night in St. Petersburg, Russia.

Qatar Airways was announced as the Official Partner and Official Airline of FIFA in May, as part of a ground-breaking sponsorship lasting until 2022. Upcoming FIFA events sponsored by Qatar Airways will include both the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia and the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.

Qatar Airways Group chief executive, Akbar Al Baker, said: “Qatar Airways is delighted to congratulate Germany on winning the FIFA Confederations Cup Russia 2017.
