To provide front line, world class, financial and analytical support to the critical operational areas of the region's fastest growing carrier.
 
Accountabilities also include but not limited to:
 
• Provide day to day finance and internal controls support to the Engineering and Flight Operations departments
• To own, prepare and manage the annual budget submission for his/her responsible area(s). In addition, to preparing monthly financial forecast as per the month end reporting timetables.
• To prepare monthly financial and non-financial reports as per line and ventral finance requirements expenditure.
• Critically appraise Request for Procurement and external spend requests; prepare capex and non capex  business cases and relevant analysis as and when required
• Manage and develop the Operations Business Support team; set KPIs and performance manage delivery when relevant
• Manage external and internal suppliers and contractors within key costs and performance benchmarks
• Collate, access and manage warranty claims for equipment and services
• To install financial control within this critical area of the business
• Undertake adhoc analysis and projects as and when required by the business
• Under the guidance of Central Finance, establish processes and procedures to capture accurate asset and inventory data and valuations on the Corporate Balance Sheet
• To act as key interface between the Operations area of the business and Internal Controls department
