Oman Air enters codeshare agreement with Garuda
In turn, Garuda Indonesia’s customers will be able to book flights, operated by Oman Air, between Muscat and Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Jakarta or Salalah.
Abdulrahaman Al-Busaidy, Oman Air’s chief operating officer said: ““Garuda Indonesia shares Oman Air’s commitment to offering the highest quality of service and hospitality, aboard outstanding aircraft. Since the launch at the end of last year of Oman Air’s new service from Muscat to Jakarta, we have been delighted with our customers’ response and the new codeshare will enable them to travel further afield without booking with multiple airlines.”
Oman Air is currently engaged in a fleet and network expansion programme which will see the number of aircraft it operates increase to 50 by 2018, and to 70 by 2020.
