Novus Aviation Capital opens new regional HQ in Dubai

Novus Aviation Capital has opened a new office in the Dubai International Financial Centre and at the same time introduced a new corporate image. The new branding includes a revamped website and a secured platform offering Novus' various stakeholders real-time data access.

The capital finance company has closed three widebody transactions since the beginning of the year. Amongst them, two new 777-300ER aircraft which were acquired from Emirates Airline under sale and leaseback deal.

“Our new corporate identity coincides with a new era for the Novus Group. Opening an office in Dubai is a natural step to show our continued commitment to our clients, and to better serve them. The Dubai based team will grow in the next few months and will complement our existing offices to increase of our global reach” said CEO, Safwan Kuzbari.

“The Dubai office is a strategic move for Novus in its aim to get closer to its airline customers in the Middle East and Asian markets and the proximity to serve our main investor-partner base,” added Mounir Kuzbari, executive vice president and head of the Dubai office.

Novus Aviation Capital is an independent privately held aircraft leasing and financing platform, focused on investing into commercial aircraft assets. Established over 18 years ago, the Novus team operates out of its three global offices and currently co-owns and manages aircraft related investments in excess of a $1bn.

The company offers airlines and aircraft owners comprehensive capital raising solutions and provides tailor-made investment products to investors. Its aircraft portfolio includes A320/330/A340s as well as B737-800 and B747/B777s.
