New Vice President for Australia and Asia Pacific for Etihad Airways
Lindsay White has been appointed as the new Vice President for Australia and Asia Pacific for Etihad Airways.
The role will see White taking responsibility for the region, which covers China, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Vietnam.
White has worked in the industry for 30 years, previously holding management positions at British Airways and Gulf Air. He has worked for Etihad since 2008 as general manager in Malaysia and Brunei and then General Manager Australia and New Zealand in 2012.
White said: “The opportunity to expand my focus beyond the ASEAN region to North Asia is an exciting one and I am looking forward to the challenge. Etihad Airways has developed an expansive network in the Asia Pacific region and I am committed to working with all of our teams and industry partners in each market to build on this success.”
