Monarch Aircraft Engineering provides GCAA CAR 21 design support

Monarch Aircraft Engineering (MAEL) has successfully carried out a General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) CAR 21 Design approval repair scheme for cabin interior products.

Under the terms of the agreement Monarch’s GCAA CAR 21 Design Organisation Approval, Monarch Design Services provided approved repair schemes which were successfully embodied on cabin interior products for Specialised Products & Services based in the Middle East and with repair centres across the globe. 

Commenting on this agreement, Keith Earnden, engineering director for MAEL said: “Specialised Products & Services have been based in the UAE since 2008 and deals with many of the world’s leading airlines. We have vast experience in the field of aviation design support and are delighted to work with Specialised Products & Services on this project. It gives us great pleasure welcoming new customers to our existing portfolio and look forward to maintaining this close working relationship with them in the future.”
