Kuwait military undergoes medevac scenario training

The U.S. Third Army has teamed with the Kuwaiti military for a joint medical evacuation exercise at Camp Arifjan in Kuwait according to the US magazine, Rotor and Wing,

The magazine reported that training scenarios included an “active” shooter and the transport of a simulated casualty aboard a Kuwaiti military helicopter to the troop medical clinic at Camp Arifjan. One of the primary goals during the exercise was to reach the clinic in 20 minutes, according to Capt. Michael Okikawa, medical regulating officer with the 325th Combat Support Hospital (Forward).
