AAC is part of StandardAero, which itself is a subsidiary of Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE).

The approvals allow AAC to perform Part 145 maintenance and modifications on the aircraft registered to those governments, and open the way for AAC to conduct more completions of head of state and other VVIP owned aircraft.
“AAC continues to be a global leader in completion and maintenance for Boeing and Airbus in the VIP completion industry,” said Chris Schechter, AAC vice president. “By expanding our base of global regulatory approvals, we provide greater service and support flexibility for our growing global VIP customer base.”

Authorised by both Boeing and Airbus, AAC offers full completion capabilities for both narrow body and wide body aircraft, including maintenance, refurbishment, modifications and upgrades. Its vertically-integrated, state-of-the-art facility provides interior design, engineering and completion capabilities, engine and airframe MRO and ODA certification authority. Founded in 1948 as Associate Radio, the company has served the VVIP market and global heads of state for more than six decades.
