Kish Air set for a pair of A321s to spearhead growth plans

Kish Air is set to acquire two Airbus A321s as part of its fleet modernisation.

The Iranian airline has signed for the two aircraft, according to free zone island’s economic development organisation. The jets will be delivered by the summer.
Earlier this year Arabian Aerospace reported Kish had met Airbus to discuss its need for 10 new aircraft meet its projections for growth as the island recovers it reputation as a resort and free zone.

Reportedly, Russia's United Aircraft had been hoping to supply Kish Air with the Tupolev Tu-204SM.
