JorAMCo gets repeat approval from Flydubai

Jordanian MRO specialist JorAMCo has signed a repeat contract with hybrid carrier Flydubai to provide the UAE-based airline with 'C' checks for its 737-800 aircraft due for maintenance services throughout 2014.

The maintenance service to be provided by JorAMCo includes C1, C2, C3 and C4 checks. JorAMCo will also be carrying out cabin modifications on Flydubai’s fleet, including the addition of business class seats. New Satcom and Lumexis IFE systems will also be installed.
Mick Hills, SVP engineering & maintenance at Flydubai said: “This is an important decision for Flydubai, which has been made much easier by the performance of JorAMCo’s maintenance team throughout 2013. We hope that we can continue to do business together for a long time to come."
