JATS announces installment of new Embraer door trainer
JATS (Jordan Airline Training & Simulation) has announced that the Embraer 175/195 Door Trainer (DT) has been successfully installed in the Inflight Safety and Service Training building and that it is already operational.
The EMB DT is designed for practical training for crew members under normal conditions and in cases of emergency.
The EMB DT consists of a replica aircraft door, flight attendant station with various functional switches, instructor operator station (IOS) and different visual scenarios. The DT is also equipped with a slide for the practical application of emergency evacuations.
