The fifth edition of Aircraft Interiors Middle East (AIME) takes place 5-6 February 2014 at Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC). AIME is co-located with the Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) Middle East show; the most recent edition of the co-located shows in January saw industry attendance soar by 34% with 3,245 attendees from 70 countries present.

Based on the overwhelming success of the 2013 Inflight IFEC pavilion, F&E Aerospace and HMG Aerospace have renewed their partnership and aim to almost double the size of the pavilion, along with plans to include a new to show Inflight IFEC workshop.

The 2013 pavilion included companies such as OnAir, Imagik, GOGO, The IMS Company and Thales. The dedicated pavilion at AIME helps emphasise the importance of IFEC in the region at a time when inflight entertainment is recognised as an increasingly important deciding factor in choosing an airline.

Michele Van Akelijen, managing director at F&E Aerospace, said: “AIME has developed significantly since its inception and the last show emphasised how vital IFEC plays within an industry that is moving forward at pace. Our renewed partnership with HMG Aerospace (publishers of Inflight magazine) helps provide an essential platform to showcase the latest innovations and product developments to a highly targeted audience of key decision makers from the region.”
