Hogan steps down from Virgin Australia board

Etihad's CEO James Hogan, is withdrawing from the board of one of its equity-partner airlines Virgin Australia.

The Australian airline has reported that Hogan – a non-executive director - chose to step dpwn because “other commitments prevent him from being able to devote the time needed for the role”.
Instead the chief operating officer for equity partners of the Abu-Dhabi based airline, Bruno Matheu will represent Etihad on the Virgin Australia board.
