Over the past few years, DIAC has become one of the most anticipated gatherings of air force leaders from around the world in the Middle East. Few other events around the world could claim the honor of hosting so many air force leaders. In 2009, DIAC was attended by over 25 air force chiefs to a full capacity crowd of over five hundred delegates.

According to INEGMA, organizers of this year’s event, air force leaders speaking at DIAC have repeatedly chosen the event as a platform to share unprecedented strategic and operational insights into how the newest technologies are impacting air forces across a range of capability areas.

The conference is being opened by Major General Mohammed bin Swaidan Saeed Al Gamzi, Commander of UAE Air Force and Air Defense and confirmed speakers include General Norton A. Schwartz, Commander, United States Air Force and Major General Ahmed Boutaleb, Inspector General, Moroccan Royal Air Force.

Other star names include Air Force leaders from Pakistan and Australia
