Duties / Responsibilities             
Responsible for providing Technical Support to Middle East based Airlines and operators, reporting to the Middle East Regional Representative. Responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with Airlines and Aircraft operators and providing tailored customer support. Implementation of internal processes and procedures to liaise with European based Original Equipment manufacturer to ensure Customer Satisfaction. Provide customers (Airlines, MRO’s) and partners with technical support and ensure strong presence within Airlines maintenance and engineering departments and Aircraft Manufacturer Customer support teams.

Qualifications
Aircraft/Mechanical Engineering Degree.
               
Experience
Experience in the Airline Industry/Line maintenance/Aerospace Original Equipment Manufacturer Customer support environment
               
Skills / Expertise
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential. Calm, considered and focussed on delivering the highest possible levels of customer service.
