Emirates SkyCargo wins two awards

At Air Cargo Week’s World Air Cargo Awards 2014, held on the sidelines of the Air Cargo China Exhibition and Conference in Shanghai last week, Emirates SkyCargo was named ‘Cargo Airline of the Year 2014’. 

Emirates SkyCargo also scooped the “Best Air Cargo Carrier Middle East” award at Cargo News Asia’s 28th Annual Asian Freight & Supply Chain Awards (AFSCA), which was also held during Air Cargo China in Shanghai. Emirates SkyCargo won the award for the 19th consecutive year. 

Nabil Sultan, Emirates divisional senior vice president cargo, who attended both ceremonies and accepted the awards on behalf of Emirates SkyCargo, said: “We are honoured to have won these prestigious awards, particularly as our customers have voted for us. It’s an affirmation of our continued focus on excellent customer service, and we thank everyone for their support, as well all our teams around our worldwide network for their hard work and commitment.”
