Emirates Holidays family bookings double for extended getaway during UAE National Day

Emirates Holidays has seen its bookings increase significantly for this segment of customers, making up one-third of the company’s total reservations volume for this holiday period. 

“We’ve seen booking confirmations come in the moment the National Day holidays were announced,” said Robin Parry, vice president of Emirates Holidays. For all customer segments, the top holiday destination this year is the Maldives followed by Turkey, Sri Lanka and Thailand. Some are also taking advantage of the long holiday period to take extended trips to further-afield destinations, such as Orlando in the US.  

Parry added: “Because of our scale, we’ve been able to work with our preferred partners to increase the number of holiday experiences available to our customers”. Holiday packages that are still available include a three-night stay in Sri Lanka from AED2,500 per person including breakfast; a three-night stay in the Maldives from AED5,875 per person, which includes complimentary airport transfers and a sunset cruise; a three-night stay to Bologna, Italy from AED 3,875 and a seven-night stay in Orlando, US from AED6,750 per person. The packages are inclusive of flights on Emirates Airlines.”
