Emirates Group flies the UAE flag to commenerate Flag Day

This is in response to the directive of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, to public and private entities across the UAE to raise the flag at precisely the same time today at 12 noon as a demonstration of unity. Over 200 Emirates staff gathered for the flag raising ceremony today.

Commenting on the occasion, the Sheikh said: “UAE Flag Day is an opportunity for us to demonstrate our country’s unity and honour our commitment to its growth. The staff at Emirates are proud of how far we have come and where we are going under the leadership the UAE and it is encouraging to see staff of all different nationalities gather to participate in today’s flag raising ceremony.”
