Egypt’s flag carrier is to operate four weekly flights, including Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Captain Hisham el Nahas, chairman and CEO of the EgyptAir said the airline is targeting the Arab and Gulf region, which are one of the vital markets in the Asian Continent.

Resuming flights to Abha came within the framework of EgyptAir expansion strategy and its intention to boosting its presence in the Far East Region.

Abha is third destination to be re-operated this year, after the Indonesian capital Jakarta which has been re-operated last February, and the resuming of Gassim last January 2015.
