EgyptAir Maintenance and Engineering receives EASA certification
EgyptAir Maintenance and Engineering has received European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) certification for the tenth time in a row.
The certification was announced at a closed session at the Cairo headquarters, in the presence of the EASA delegation, Safwat Musallam, CEO EgyptAir Holding Co. and Abu Taleb Tawfiq, chairman and CEO of EgyptAir Maintenance and Engineering (EME).
“This is another major step forward for EME complex in Cairo in addition to our repair station Luxor and Mersa Alam, and it speaks to the hard work of the team there to keep the facility progressing,” said Tawfiq.
The certification is individual to EME Headquarters, as well as Luxor and Mersa Alam stations.
