EgyptAir group calls for respect for victims families' rights

As the efforts to recover the flight data recorder and voice recorders goes on, Adel said the airline was operating full transparency when dealing with the foreign and domestic media. “But at the same time the company was keen to communicate firstly with the families of passengers on the doomed plane and provide all the services to them and inform them of the latest developments regarding the results of its search and rescue teams while at the same time preserving their rights.” The airline is receiving assistance from the world expert in crisis management to assist in supporting the families of the victims, he said.
As a pilot, Adel responded to all questions posed by many of the participants at the seminar where he stressed the need not to anticipate events nor rely upon speculation about this tragic incident. “It requires all of us to wait so we can follow up and complete the mechanism in place, to deal with crisis currently undertaken by the Commission of inquiry," he said.
