Egypt issues travel decree
The Egyptian Ministry of Civil Aviation has said that the Prime Minister’s decree on prohibiting travelling to Egypt, unless all travellers have a negative PCR test, is applicable only to non-Egyptians.

A statement said: “The PCR test result must be issued not more than 72 hours prior to the arrival. The Decree will come into force starting August 15, 2020. All tourists travelling directly by air to Sharm el Sheikh, Taba, Hurghada, Marsa Alam, and Matrouh International Airports are exempt from this requirement. Transit passengers to these airports are exempt as well.”
