Training Academy
Duties / Responsibilities
The ability to lead and manage a large team under demanding time frames.
Oversee the delivery of Pilot and Engineering training, SEP and Simulator Maintenance in the most efficient and cost-effective strategy.
Demonstrates strong managerial and communication skills, with the ability to plan and organize for the short and long terms.
Leads the service development and training delivery activities of the academy in-line with the quality and strategic objectives of the academy.
Ensures that training services are aligned with the requirements set in the customer’s service procedures.

Qualifications
University degree or equivalent Management Qualification.
MBA is an advantage.
Pilot License is a must.
Minimum of 12 years experience in Aviation Training.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior management role.
Highly experienced in Pilot Training Programmes.
