VHR are seeking an experienced AVP - Network Management for both an exciting and challenging opportunity;

Experience
-Lead and manage the team that optimizes the network, enhances efficiency and maximizes profitability.                                
- Responsibility for planning and scheduling of the entire network with domestic, regional and intercontinental services and a fleet of 26 aircraft.   
-Manage and lead the team with full P&L responsibility for the network
-Optimize the existing schedule to enhance productivity
-Build a route profitability system, analyze results and turn around loss-making routes
-Foster the regional expansion with the introduction of several new routes
-Evaluate a hub and spoke structure taking into account network economics
-Design new schedules for each IATA summer and winter period
-Constantly optimize schedules according to demand and/or other requirements (e.g. MRO)

-University Graduate in a Business, Mathematics, Accounting or related field
