The Etihad Flight College contract focuses on servicing fixed wing aircraft while the Horizon deal is to service its Al Ain based helicopter fleet.

Fahed Al Shamesi, Chief Executive Officer, AMMROC, said: “Growing our business in Al Ain is a long-term strategic goal, and through these contracts with Etihad Flight College and Horizon we continue to demonstrate the ever-expanding range of MRO services available to the UAE and the broader SAMENA region.”

Abu Dhabi’s second city of Al Ain is a geographic focus for AMMROC as it develops a state-of-the-art center of excellence within the Nibras Al Ain Aerospace Park at the Al Ain International Airport. The center is aimed at offering innovative maintenance solutions, performance-based reliability, all life cycle management, and affordability from one location.
