Akbar Al Baker to deliver keynote address at ACI Airport Exchange

His address is entitled: 'Beyond 2020 intensive competition will mean only exceptional service and quality will differentiate the world's greatest airlines and hubs. How will Qatar Airways and Hamad International Airport rise to the challenge?'.

Anticipation is building for ACI Airport Exchange, which is considered the most important airport-focused event in the air transport industry calendar, with an expected attendance of more than 1,500 executives from Europe, Asia Pacific and around the world.

The event will explore the future airport eco-system through new ideas, processes and solutions with speakers and exhibitors addressing the theme 'Beyond Airports 2020'. Delegates are free to assemble their own agenda from sessions across five specialist conference streams, covering Development & Environment; Security; Operations; IT, Facilitation & Customer Service; and Digital Engagement.



The opening keynote address from HE Akbar Al Baker (above) will be complemented by over 100 other senior speakers from organisations including Changi Airport Group, IATA, ADAC, Solar Impulse, Berlin Brandenburg Airport, Dubai Airports, Halifax International Airport, Airbus, EUROCONTROL, Zurich Airport, TSA, Munich Airport, Schiphol Group, Vancouver International Airport, Hochtief, Brussels Airport, AdP, Copenhagen Airports, Sharjah International Airport, Swedavia, Interpol, Heathrow, Korea Airports Corporation, CANSO, Adelaide Airport, Socialbakers and many more.

The host, Doha International Airport, is also facilitating airport tours of the new Hamad International Airport set to open in 2014. They will also be staging a Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner during the event, encapsulating the finest cuisine and entertainment from the region.
