AIME/MRO: GHC demonstrates AescuLink for first time

Global Health Care (GHC) has announced it had a successful two days at AIME/MRO Middle East 2013, where it presented the AescuLink and the AescuPad for the first time.

At the booth of its local partner asscom, the German company presented telemedicine solution AescuLink for the first time, The system was shown in a live demonstration using a man-model as dummy patent. Blood pressure, ECG, oxygen saturation, etc. were taken from the simulated "patient" and wireless transmitted to a doctor’s workstation in a virtual emergency room.

GHC has developed AescuLink systems to offer first aid during medical emergencies in the air. With the push of a button, anyone can contact a medical emergency center via audio and video in real-time, and an experienced emergency doctor on the ground can take the lead and responsibility during the emergency. Vital data, such as blood pressure and oxygen saturation, or an ECG can be sent in sync.
