Abu Dhabi Air Expo 2014 to increase its exhibition space by 30 percent

Abu Dhabi Air Expo 2014, hosted by Abu Dhabi Airports, will increase its exhibition space by 30 percent in its 3rd year running, to accommodate the increasing number of exhibitors that are keen to take advantage of the rare opportunity to network with the region's General Aviation market.

The region’s first General Aviation show will take place from 4th to 6th March 2014, at Al Bateen Executive Airport.

Abu Dhabi Air Expo has confirmed that leading air framers, including Dassault Aviation, Embraer Executive Jets, Bombardier, Gulfstream, Airbus and Daher Socata, have already committed to the show. The organisers anticipate a display of over 120 aircraft which will feature a range of models from Light Sport Aircraft Manufacturers to large corporate aircraft including the Airbus 319 which Rotana Jet, one of Al Bateen’s based operators, intends to display.

The growing positive reputation and significance of Abu Dhabi Air Expo was clear during this year’s annual National Business Aviation Association and Dubai Airshow, when a selection of new exhibitors signed up for space. “NBAA & DUBAI AIR SHOW was really exciting for the Abu Dhabi Air Expo’s sales team as the success of the second show generated commitment from a number of new companies wishing to take advantage of the opportunities presented by the expo.” commented Didier Mary, director of Abu Dhabi Air Expo.
