AAR wins deal to aid Raytheon build Saudi defence system

AAR has won the contract to design and build Transportable/Mobile Subsystems for Raytheon's Integrated Defense Systems in support of a Saudi Arabian initiative to improve joint air and ground integrated defence systems.

The system will integrate the AAR transportable/mobile subsystems using ISO shelters built by AAR Mobility. The C4I systems, comprise of command control, communications, computers and intelligence, and will provide enhanced interoperability and improve communications between joint air and ground operations. The contract is valued in excess of $17 million.
